Dry the Prawns and Mussels with a clean cloth or kitchen paper towel
Grate/mince the garlic
Heat a little butter and oil in pan, When hot – fry the prawns for about 2 minutes, add the garlic, stir and fry for another minute. remove from the pan
In the same pan and without cleaning add the cream sauce and half shell mussels.
Allow to cook for 2 minutes with a lid, then remove the lid and cook another 2 minutes
The cream should be bubbling rapidly allowing the sauce to reduce slightly.
Add the prawns to the cream sauce.
Cook the pasta and serve with grated cheese, creamy seafood sauce and chopped parsley.
