- Dip the Tuna steaks into the soy sauce.
- Heat coconut oil or vegetable oil in pan.
- Sear the Tuna steaks for about 30 seconds a side.
- Serve on seeded bun with little lettuce and rocket
- Top with Ocean Jewels Tartar sauce.

1 x 75ml Ocean jewels tartar sauce
2 seeded buns
