Upon delivery, your fresh Yellowtail fish fillets will be ready for your enjoyment. Simply store them in your refrigerator, allowing you the flexibility to use them at your convenience within a span of up to 3 days. If you prefer to extend their shelf life, you can opt for home freezing. We recommend freezing the fillets on the day of arrival and consuming them within 3 months for optimal quality. Please note that the Yellowtail fish flesh colour may naturally change from a light white to a light brown hue once frozen, which is completely normal.
